BY AGREEING TO SERVICE FROM CHARLEYMAID, CLIENTS ACKNOWLEDGE & AGREE TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICES STATED WITHIN THIS AGREEMENT.
Accepting Services appointments with Charleymaid Cleaning Services means the client understands the terms and conditions listed below.

We ask that clients book services at least 3 days in advance to give us the ability to give your location to adequate services needed
If need to cancel at any time, feel free to contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Charleymaid does not hold any client under contract for services.
We ask that if they're a need for any cancellations of reoccurring services, please give notice 48 hours in advance for bi-weekly and weekly services, and 7 days in advance for monthly services.
Scheduled services must be completed to be qualified for any discounts available. For daily services, cancellations will be in effect 48 hours/2 days after the notice is given.
100% Satisfaction is our goal for our clients. Any unsatisfactory services will be taken care of, without any additional charges to customers.

All Charleymaid cleaners will arrive with equipment and supplies as needed to complete the job.
All equipment and products that the client prefers the cleaner to use for the job must be communicated to Charleymaid via email 24-48 hours in advance and a release form must be signed for services to be completed.
The client must acknowledge that deep cleaning of certain materials (floors, carpets, etc.) and or stain removals are not guaranteed. The usages for stronger products to remove stains, mold, mildew, or other build-ups can sometimes cause damages. Charleymaid or its cleaners will not be held accountable for damages if clients request these services. However, we will try our best to be as delicate as possible with the desired task.
Although we are professional cleaners, some damages to areas, spaces, and/or items prior to our services are unable to be reversed. We are also not responsible for any damages to wall, furniture or any other areas that occurred before our arrival.
Charleymaid agrees to keep all client information confidential and to be discarded at any time requested by the client.
If there is a key code required to access properties, it must be provided at least 4 hours in advance for cleaners to access properties to provide service. If the client doesn't give access and/or wrongful information for access, the client will be charged a $50 lock-out fee and the service will be automatically canceled. we will allow the client a 30-minute window from when the cleaners arrive to fix any lock-out issues before being charged.
All pets should be placed in a safe location away from the cleaner to remain within safety limits for both the animal and cleaners. Equipment used can cause fear for animals.
Clients should give detailed instructions on what/where to clean and what/where to not clean, such as office, bathrooms, bedrooms, keyboards, desktops, etc.
Any clothing or loose items should be cleared away form the services/cleaning areas in order to have a full and detailed cleaning. Loose items such as stacked clothing will be overlooked and we are cleaners not housekeepers.
Electrical devices that are plugged into walls can sometimes become loose after cleaning areas.
Charleymaid is not responsible for any damages or items marked as lost or damaged before our arrival.
We ask that all valued items be locked or placed in a place where it is safe before arrivals.
Any monetary or items of sentimental value should be cleaned by clients to minimize the chances of cleaners causing any defects.
The cleaning of restrooms is performed as general cleaning. Charleymaid and its cleaners are not responsible for cleaning feces off the floor or in the toilet, and/or unclogging drains or toilets.
Any locations will rodent, mite, or insect infected can be denied upon arrival. We are not pest control services. If our cleaners arrive on service date and conditions are unhealthy, we will be in contact with the client to discuss services. In some instances, services may continue. Additional charges may be applied.
The thermo-conditions should be within reasonable conditions in-order for cleaners to perform the tasks. To protect the cleaners from unhealthy conditions, the cleaner will contact the office if the environmental conditions are too extreme (hot or cold) to complete duties.
